Scheduling large deliveries and/or moves
All moves and deliveries that require use of the service elevator and/or loading dock must be scheduled with association staff. Please complete the move in/out form and bring it with you to the desk when you schedule your move or delivery. A $500.00 deposit is required. Only residents can schedule moves or deliveries.
The front desk personnel will contact you when your delivery or mover arrives and will help them to gain access to the loading dock and the service elevator. You or your authorized representative must be present in your unit at the time of delivery to receive it, check for missing or damaged items, and to sign for the shipment. Please make sure that delivery personnel take all packing material and boxes with them when they leave and that they do not discard boxes or trash in the hallways, Service Elevator alcove or refuse chute.
